How to care for your eyes in a world that's constantly online.
Today, most of us will have spent the majority of our day at a desk in front of a computer screen. Then, when we head home, many of us will spend a fair amount of time in front of a few other screens: televisions, iPads and smartphones.
Technolgy-wise, these machines are great; they help connect us to people and information (like this blog post!). However, health-wise, especially eye-health-wise...they're not so great. - Customize your environment
- Think about lighting
- Adjust your reading angle
- Magnify the text on your screen
- Blink and take frequent break
