With school starting, your kids’ nutrition is even more important!

Keep them focused and fit with multivitamins!

It’s that time of the year again: school supply shopping, school and, not far behind, the chilly weather. Personally, I’m excited for the cooler breezes and I wish I were school supply shopping as well!

While you are out shopping for all the pens, pencils, coloured pencils, papers, notebooks, scissors, glue, crayons, etc., add vitamins to that list! Good nutrition is extremely important for your growing brood. In fact, children’s multivitamins should very well be at the top of your list!

We all know how picky kids can be with their food. Practically every parent will, at some point in their parenting career, have a difficult time feeding their children nutritious and complete meals. Tasty Tuesday: Beet, Arugula & Goat Cheese Grilled Cheese!

It's Tasty Tuesday and we're thinking grilled cheese sandwiches!

Forget the boring grilled cheese. Try this beet, arugula and goat cheese number instead!

It's Tasty Tuesday: the day I get to blog about delicious and healthy recipes to share with you. It just so happens that this Tasty Tuesday I have such a sore throat that I can't enjoy my food. But let me live vicariously through you wonderful Webber fans. Today, if you are in the mood for something tasty, something fancy and yet easy to make, you should make a grilled cheese sandwich.

Shaping Up with Pool Noodles

Welcome back to Webber Naturals' Shape Up Thursday!

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...the sun! It's summertime and Webber Naturals wants to help you be bathing suit ready!

Summer has officially arrived here in Vancouver (Hello, Mr. Sun, we've missed you!), which means it's time to hit the beaches and pools! Not feeling bathing suit ready, yet? You are not alone (I swear it was just January like two weeks ago...).

But don't sweat it (figuratively, that is)! I went on the hunt for some fun summertime exercises and came across this great article by self.com. My new favourite workout? Splashing around with a pool noodle! Well...almost!

Self.com suggests aquatic exercises such as the "cannonball," the "deap-sea dive," and the "synchronized slimmer," all done with...you guess it! Your pool noodle!
