Supplements for Women

WRITTEN BY  Ana Patrícia- 19 April 2013

Question: Do you know what supplements are right for you?

Vitamin A, Black Cohosh, Calcium, Glucosamine, Iron... Who are they for and when do you take them?! Get informed with Webber Naturals!

Okay, apologies gentlemen who are reading this. Today's post is geared more towards the ladies, but that doesn't mean men can't pick up a few tips as well! Ladies, do you know what supplements you should be taking?

In a perfect world, none of us would skip any meals or eat anything but healthy, nutritious food. But I know, from personal experience, that it can be difficult to consistently live that healthy lifestyle (sometimes one just wants a treat or a burger, right?!). By taking supplements, you can help yourself get those essential nutrients all the time, in spite of hectic schedules!

Currently I find Omega-3 & CoQ10 and Evening Primrose Oil are making regular appearances in my routine. These supplements are rich in fatty acids that provide cardiovascular support and boost hair, skin and nail health!

Prevention Magazine shares a great, concise article, featuring the most popular vitamins and supplements for women that can be excellent additions to your daily routine:

New Product: RoyalRed Omega-3 Krill Oil

WRITTEN BY  Staff Writer- 16 April 2013

Krill Oil: A Superior Source of Omega3 Fatty Acids!

Now available wherever Webber Naturals products are sold!

RoyalRed Omega-3 Krill Oil contains 100% krill oil derived from Antarctic krill and is a good source of essential omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Eating fish, like salmon, or taking fish oil supplements are recommended to increase dietary sources of the healthy omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA because of their health benefits on the cardiovascular system, cognitive function, and overall health.

Krill oil is unique because it contains naturally occurring antioxidant nutrients, vitamin A, vitamin E, and astaxanthin, a red-orange pigment found in aquatic animals that can quench free radicals and protect the cell membrane. Krill oil is also unique because krill’s phospholipid-bound omega -3s can pass through the intestinal wall more easily, making the omega-3s more bioavailable and incorporating them into our cell membranes better.

RoyalRed Omega-3 Krill Oil from Webber Naturals is guaranteed to contain consistently fresh, stable, high quality oil that is harvested in a sustainable manner under the guidelines of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR). Krill oil softgels are small in size — ideal for those who find regular fish oil capsules difficult to swallow.
