Take Time to Slow Down...

WRITTEN BY  Ana Patrícia- 07 May 2013

Stress is a nasty thing. Take a time out and de-stress!

Read on for 9 reasons we should all take time to do nothing!

Life moves so quickly. Looking at my calendar for the next month already takes my breath away with how full it is! My search for interesting content to share and inspire today's post couldn't have yielded a more relevant article: Huffington Post's Stress Tips: 9 Reasons To Slow Down.

Slowing down is one of the best things we can all do to start alleviating any tension that we let build up. Closing your eyes and clearing your mind for even five minutes will help you to put things into perspective. All too often, we make mountains out of molehills and create our own stress! We require good nutrition and exercise for optimum health, but we also need to take care of our mental health. Remember that stress and anxiety can lead to other problems (such as headaches, jaw clenching and skin breakouts) in spite of a healthy diet and regular exercise routine!

The moral of today's post? Slow down. Take some time to do nothing. That's right, nothing. Give yourself time to just sit, enjoy the view, cuddle with your pet, smell the roses (literally)... Check out the slideshow from Stress Tips: 9 Reasons to Slow Down to get nine reasons from incredibly productive people who, despite busy lives, understand the value of slowing down.

If you need a bit of extra help, try our B-Calm B50 complex with Sensoril Capsules to naturally feel more energized, reduce fatigue and combat the effects of physical and mental stress.

Stay cool everyone!

Supplements for Women

WRITTEN BY  Ana Patrícia- 19 April 2013

Question: Do you know what supplements are right for you?

Vitamin A, Black Cohosh, Calcium, Glucosamine, Iron... Who are they for and when do you take them?! Get informed with Webber Naturals!

Okay, apologies gentlemen who are reading this. Today's post is geared more towards the ladies, but that doesn't mean men can't pick up a few tips as well! Ladies, do you know what supplements you should be taking?

In a perfect world, none of us would skip any meals or eat anything but healthy, nutritious food. But I know, from personal experience, that it can be difficult to consistently live that healthy lifestyle (sometimes one just wants a treat or a burger, right?!). By taking supplements, you can help yourself get those essential nutrients all the time, in spite of hectic schedules!

Currently I find Omega-3 & CoQ10 and Evening Primrose Oil are making regular appearances in my routine. These supplements are rich in fatty acids that provide cardiovascular support and boost hair, skin and nail health!

Prevention Magazine shares a great, concise article, featuring the most popular vitamins and supplements for women that can be excellent additions to your daily routine:

Best Vitamins for Women!

Gentlemen, I haven't completely forgotten about you. Here are two fabulous posts from the past by Dr. Stephanie Rubino:
