What is one healthy habit that you will start today that will improve your health for tomorrow and for the rest of your life? We have some great ideas for you below!

Possible New Habits:

  • Run a little farther or workout a bit harder than yesterday
  • Eat more veggies with every meal
  • Take a daily vitamin
  • Cut back the amount of sugar in your diet or eliminate it completely
  • Smile more often - it's good for your health :)

Webber's Weekend Warm-Up

Ladies and Gentleman, it's time for the weekend!

Are you ready to head out into the beautiful weather and absorb some Vitamin D? Just remember to wear your sunscreen and a hat! Speaking of outdoors, the Wimbledon tennis tournament is going on in London this weekend and it has got me in the mood to head out on the court and play some tennis.
