Motivation Monday: Healthy Habits - Start Today!

This Motivation Monday is dedicated to helping you take an extra step to a healthier life!

What is one healthy habit that you will start today that will improve your health for tomorrow and for the rest of your life? We have some great ideas for you below!

Possible New Habits:

  • Run a little farther or workout a bit harder than yesterday
  • Eat more veggies with every meal
  • Take a daily vitamin
  • Cut back the amount of sugar in your diet or eliminate it completely
  • Smile more often - it's good for your health :)

Shaping Up with Pool Noodles

Welcome back to Webber Naturals' Shape Up Thursday!

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's...the sun! It's summertime and Webber Naturals wants to help you be bathing suit ready!

Summer has officially arrived here in Vancouver (Hello, Mr. Sun, we've missed you!), which means it's time to hit the beaches and pools! Not feeling bathing suit ready, yet? You are not alone (I swear it was just January like two weeks ago...).

But don't sweat it (figuratively, that is)! I went on the hunt for some fun summertime exercises and came across this great article by self.com. My new favourite workout? Splashing around with a pool noodle! Well...almost!

Self.com suggests aquatic exercises such as the "cannonball," the "deap-sea dive," and the "synchronized slimmer," all done with...you guess it! Your pool noodle!
