Smoothies are so versatile. Whatever your personal preferences, dietary restrictions, and ingredients you’ve got in the fridge or cupboard, you can create a straw-sipping or spoon scooping meal or snack.
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup skim or 1% milk (or soy, almond or coconut milk)
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/3 banana
- 1/3 – ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp of ground flax
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Add water, milk, yogurt, banana, frozen berries, ground flax, almond butter (optional)
- Blend and Enjoy!
