Each tablet contains:
Melatonin (vegetarian source) 1 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults only): At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue 1 tablet once daily or as directed by a physician.
Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.
For occasional short-term use.
All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Recommended Purpose

All uses except jet lag: If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks, consult your physician. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Keep out of reach of children.
