Pile of ground turmeric

What is turmeric?

Turmeric has a long history of medicinal use, especially for treatment of inflammatory conditions including osteoarthritis. [19]

Whether taken as a supplement or from food, curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, is very hard for the body to absorb.

Webber Naturals Advanced Turmeric features Meriva® a patented curcumin complex that has been clinically shown to significantly increase the absorption of curcumin. Clinical studies have also shown that Meriva curcumin supports a healthy inflammation response, joint mobility and flexibility, and also provides potent antioxidant activity. [1, 3, 11, 16, 30]

Key Ingredient: Meriva®

After 90 days of using Meriva patients reported:

Added Benefits of Meriva:

  • Decreased key measures for exercise-related pain, stiffness and physical function. [1, 2]
  • Social and emotional index (SEI) score resulted in a greater than 3-fold improvement. [1, 2]
  • C-Reactive Protein (CRP) level, an inflammatory marker, decreased by 16-fold. [1, 2]
  • Healthy blood vessel function support. [14]
  • Reduced muscle soreness from oxidative stress and inflammation after exercise. [16]
