Dose recommandée :
Pour le SCI, la diarrhée, la constipation, l’indice glycémique (adultes) : 1 mesure (5 g) 1 à 2 fois par jour.

Dissoudre dans un liquide de 250 mL, ou suivre les recommandations d’un médecin.
Préparation : Mettre en premier la poudre dans un verre vide et sec, puis ajouter 250 mL d’eau ou d’un autre liquide et mélanger vigoureusement.

"I’ve had ongoing stomach issues my entire life (32 years). I’m bloated 99% of the time regardless of what I eat and constipation has essentially been my middle name. I’ve tried everything from diet changes, exercise, other fibre supplements, medications, you name it and nothing would help. New scoop size but wrong serving size?

"I love this product and it works super well for my IBS! I know there was a change of scoop size where 2 scoops were equal to 1 scoop of the old packaging. However, I bought a new container recently and the scoop is back to the bigger size, with the serving size on the container now completely wrong. It is saying that one scoop is equal to 2. 5g of fibre, when it is clearly the old size scoop that is equal to 5g of fibre. Please fix this!"

"This was recommended by my doctor and it has really made a difference. It has finally settled my stomach. Hurray! I love it b The only thing is that they recently changed the dosage. Previously you would take smaller dose 5 times a day. Now it’s a larger dose 1 or 2 times a day. There is no mention on the site or packaging why this new difference. What is the maltdextrin made from? I have a corn sensitivity.
Hi Betty, The Right Fibre4 with Probiotics powder product exclusive from Costco (SKU: 5313, NPN 80105585) contains maltodextrin derived from corn. This maltodextrin is part of the probiotic ingredient in the formula. If you prefer to avoid corn‑derived ingredients, you may want to consider the regular unflavoured Fibre4 product (SKU: 3677, NPN 80075777) instead. This product does not contain maltodextrin or probiotics. Its only ingredient is partially hydrolyzed guar gum, and it is completely free of corn‑derived ingredients.
Do you have to drink a ton of water/liquids with this product?
Hi Teresa, Thank you for your interest in Webber Naturals products! The Right Fibre4 IBS Intestinal Discomfort Unflavoured product does not require drinking large amounts of additional fluids. Simply mix the powder with 250 mL water of another liquid and stir well. It dissolves easily and does not thicken like some other fibre products. Can you take a probiotic after taking this, or do you need to space it out?
Hi Sarah – thank you for your question about our Fibre4 product. There is no restriction for using this product together with probiotics and no need to separate the doses. You can safely use any of our Fibre4 products at the same time as other supplements, including probiotics. Please be sure to read and follow label directions for any product you choose. There was no scoop in the 250g container. What is the equivalent in tsp.
Hello Marilyn, The Right Fibre4 with Probiotics 250 g product (UPC: 6-25273-05313-5, NPN 80126541) which is available from Costco has a scoop size of 6.5 cc, which is roughly equivalent to a rounded teaspoon. Following the label dosage: for 1/2 a scoop, use 2/3 of a teaspoon; for 1 scoop, use 1 rounded teaspoon; and for 2 scoops, use 2 rounded teaspoons. I hope this helps!

Hello Mary, To the best of our knowledge, there is no restriction for using the Right Fibre4 Unflavoured 150 g product (UPC: 6-25273-03677-0, NPN 80075777) in fatty liver and gallstones. Please be sure to read and follow label directions. The product has the following caution statement: Consult a physician prior to use if: 1) you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate, 2) you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g., opioids, loperamide), 3) you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever (as these could be signs of abdominal constipation of the gastrointestinal tract, disease of the oesophagus or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), potential or existing intestinal blockage, paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel, or appendicitis). Consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen, or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days. Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. Keep out of reach of children.
