Dosage

"I purchased this exactly three months ago at Costco (the best price for a three month supply). I'm amazed at how effective it is. At the one month mark there was improvement in pain relief and I hoped it would continue relief over the course of the three months. It did. I'm truly amazed. On top of the pills, I also iced three times a day for 20 minutes or more at a time when needed. That really helped, also. As well, I'm taking quercetin (just begun in last two weeks) which, I think, is also helpful but it usually takes three months for this to address inflammation for other issues, however, I think it has begun to work. This all said, I'd say the OSTEO EASE is a critical factor in regaining joint health. I didn't believe it at first but I'm a believer now. I wish I'd begun sooner. I initially began the product for my knees, however, even my ankles feel better with unexpected relief. I'm holding out hope for my elbows."

I have difficulty swallowing these tablets since they are bigger in size. Can I crush it and take in powder form ?
Hello Nita, Thank you for your interest in Webber Naturals products! The Osteo Joint Ease caplets can be cut or crushed with a sturdy pill crusher; this will not diminish the therapeutic effects. Please be aware that cutting tablets can create a sharp edge on the tablet pieces which may cause discomfort in swallowing. A pill crusher can be purchased at most pharmacies. I hope this helps!
