Enhanced absorption and bioavailability

Our SAMe is enteric coated, which not only makes it easier to swallow, but also enables the tablet to bypass the stomach completely and go straight to the intestine where it is digested and absorbed. This process allows for maximum absorption and bioavailability as well as enhanced stability.

Label Information

Each tablet contains:
S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) 200 mg
Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (talc, arginine, glycerin, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, sodium alginate), stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), magnesium hydroxide, silica, calcium oxide.
Recommended dosage (adults): SAMe should always be taken on an empty stomach. SAMe must be taken for a minimum of 2 weeks, at which time effects should be observed.
For mood balance: 1–4 tablets, 2 times daily, or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 6 weeks.
For osteoarthritic pain: 1–3 tablets, 2 times daily, not to exceed 6 tablets per day, or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 12 weeks.
