How do I create an account?

Setting up an account is easy! Click the account icon in the main navigation area of this website (it looks like a head and shoulders). Then, select "Create Account" and follow the prompts.

To make changes to your account details, follow these steps.

  1. Login with your username and password
  2. Click on the My Account page
  3. Click Edit your profile

How do I delete my account?

Do I need to create an account to purchase online?

No. We offer guest checkout, but if you choose to proceed as a guest, your order history will not be saved and cannot be referenced at a later date.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return & refunds policy?

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt, and you may place a new order for an alternate product. An unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the product is damaged, an image of the damaged product will need to be attached to your return form. 

How do I make a return?

Visit webbernaturals.aftership.com/returns with your Order Number and Email, and follow the steps.

How do I manage my return?

After you have selected a product to return, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your return. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service at orders@webbernaturals.com.

When will my order ship?

All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) except for public holidays. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days depending on location and courier volume. If you have not received a shipping notification within 72 hours please contact us at orders@webbernaturals.com.

How will my order be shipped?

Most online orders are shipped via UPS. Some Rural Areas as well as the Territories are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

To help minimize the impact on your deliveries, please consider the following steps:

  1. Update Your Shipping Address: If you usually receive packages at a PO Box, switch to a physical (civic) address, such as your home, workplace, or a trusted friend or family member's residence. This change can facilitate alternative delivery methods.
  2. Verify Address Details: Before finalizing any online orders, double-check that your shipping address is correct and reflects the updated information.
  3. Anticipate Delays: For orders where Canada Post is the sole delivery option or for shipments already in transit, expect potential delays. We cannot guarantee delivery times during this period.
  4. Order Early: With the holiday season approaching, placing orders well in advance can help ensure timely arrival, especially given the current uncertainties.

How do I check my delivery status?

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam/ junk folder.

How much do I need to spend to qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping.

How do I cancel an order?

  1. Login using your username and password
  2. Click on My Account and select My Orders
  3. If your order has not been shipped already, click Cancel

How do I track my order?

If you click My Orders button on the order confirmation email, it will take you a page with your order details. Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be added to the page and you will receive an email notification. You may use the tracking number through the shipping company to track your shipment.

How do I place an order?

  1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add to cart. You may review the items in your cart and make changes to add or remove items.
  2. Click the Check Out button.
  3. You may continue as a guest, login to your existing account or set up an account to continue.
  4. Follow the directions as prompted.
