Setting up an account is easy! Click the account icon in the main navigation area of this website (it looks like a head and shoulders) Account Icon. Then, select "Create Account" and follow the prompts.

To make changes to your account details, follow these steps.

  • Login with your username and password
  • Click on the My Account page
  • Click Edit your profile

No. We offer guest checkout, but if you choose to proceed as a guest, your order history will not be saved and cannot be referenced at a later date.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt, and you may place a new order for an alternate product. An unopened product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the product is damaged, an image of the damaged product will need to be attached to your return form. 

  • Login and go to My Account.
  • Select My Orders.
  • Click Return next to the product you wish to return. Note that only fulfilled orders can be returned. If your order is unfulfilled, you will have the option to cancel instead.
  • Follow step-by-step instructions.

After you have selected a product to return, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your return. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer service at orders@webbernaturals.com.

Shipping & Delivery

All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) except for public holidays. Most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days depending on location and courier volume. If you have not received a shipping notification within 72 hours please contact us at orders@webbernaturals.com.

Most online orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam/ junk folder.

  • Login using your username and password
  • Click on My Account and select My Orders
  • If your order has not been shipped already, click Cancel

If you click My Orders button on the order confirmation email, it will take you a page with your order details. Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be added to the page and you will receive an email notification. You may use the tracking number through the shipping company to track your shipment.

  • Select the product(s) you wish to purchase and add to cart. You may review the items in your cart and make changes to add or remove items.
  • Click the Check Out button.
  • You may continue as a guest, login to your existing account or set up an account to continue.
  • Follow the directions as prompted.
