Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Organic KSM Ashwagandha® Extract 12:1 (Withania somnifera) (root) (5% withanolides) 600 mg
*Equivalent to 7200 mg total dried ashwagandha.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, water), rice flour, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, stearic acid.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For physical performances or as athletic support: Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a physician for use beyond 12 weeks.

Recommended Purpose

  • Helps increase resistance to stress and anxiety in individuals with a history of chronic stress, thereby improving their overall quality of life. 
  • Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid, to balance aggravated nerves, and for memory enhancement.

Caution

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a physician if you have benign prostate hypertrophy and/or prostate cancer. Consult a physician prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have been diagnosed with hypoactive sexual disorder, sexual dysfunction, or erectile dysfunction, or if you suffer from any psychological disorder and/or condition such as frequent anxiety or depression. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
For sleep aid: Consult a physician if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Keep out of reach of children.

Bonjour Mary, et merci pour votre question. Même si vous le prenez le soir pour vous aider à dormir, l’Ashwagandha devrait aider à gérer le stress diurne; les effets deviennent plus apparents avec le temps.
I don’t understand the 7200mg* when it says each pill is 600mg. Am I reading that right.
Hello Kim and thank you for your inquiry. The front label for this product will state the raw herb amount instead of the extract amount. Each softgel provides 600 mg of Organic KSM Ashwagandha Extract 12:1 to provide the equivalent of 7200 mg of total raw herb. I hope this helps! - EJ
