Medicinal Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Ashwagandha Extract 10:1 (Withania somnifera) (root)	250 mg
Equivalent to 2500 mg total dried ashwagandha
Melatonin (non-animal source)	5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, carbohyrate gum, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), stearic acid, hydroxypropylcellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, croscarmellose sodium.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1–2 tablets daily, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a physician.

Caution

Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.
