Iron (ferrous bisglycinate) 28 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, croscarmellose sodium.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a physician.

Recommended Purpose

  • Helps prevent iron deficiency anemia and associated tiredness and fatigue. 
  • Helps form red blood cells and helps in their proper function. 
  • Helps support normal early fetal development (brain and spinal cord) and reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. 
  • Helps support immune function.

Caution

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
