Each tablet contains:
Melatonin 5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, peppermint flavour, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults only): At or before bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue 1–2 tablets once daily or as directed by a physician.
Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.
All uses except jet lag: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Recommended Purpose

  • Helps increase total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g., shift-work and jet lag).
  • Helps relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag.

Caution

Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician. 5 mg sublingual - Change is not always better

"I have used Webber Naturals sublingual 5 mg melatonin for several years now. More recently, in the past 18 months, the formula seems to have changed a great deal and rather than neatly dissolving under the tongue, they now leave a gummy powdery texture long after they should have dissolved. It’s very offputting. While the melatonin still seems to work, I don’t feel I’m getting the full dose given the tablet doesn’t fully dissolve. I often wake up with remnants of the tablet still under my tongue. I really wish they would have kept them the same as they were previously. The current formula is a big fail. It would be great if they went back to the old version."
