"A good multi. I love that it has a nice selection of fruits and veggies included. It's not always easy to include such a wide selection daily so this nice multi covers it. I also really like that the vitamin K is from the fermented natto bean. . . the best source. The only thing I would like changed is the B12 from cyanocobalamin to methyl. Thank you Webber."

"This is my favourite multivitamin. It has everything that I need in a multivitamin; it is affordable, and is easy to take. Hello Vanda and thank you for your question. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for iron is 8 mg/day for women over 50 years of age. This amount can usually be acquired in the diet without the use of supplements. Iron overload can sometimes be a concern for this age group and is a risk factor for heart disease, so we have formulated our Women’s 50+ multivitamin products without iron. Those individuals with iron deficiency should consult their physician to recommend an appropriate product and dosage. - KL
