Iron is an essential mineral for healthy red blood cell production. It helps deliver oxygen to the body’s tissues. Without sufficient iron, you could develop symptoms of anemia, including tiredness, fatigue, and slow healing. Gentle Iron also includes vitamin B12 and folic acid – two other essential nutrients for red blood cell production – and vitamin C, which helps boost iron absorption.

Label Information

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, croscarmellose sodium.
Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a physician.
