Each capsule contains:
6 billion* active cells of the following specially-cultured strains of probiotics:  
  Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-111) (whole cell) 50% 3.0 billion cfu†
  Lactobacillus casei (HA-108) (whole cell) 30% 1.8 billion cfu†
  Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122) (whole cell) 10% 0.6 billion cfu†
  Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (HA-135) (whole cell) 10% 0.6 billion cfu†
*Guaranteed minimum 6 billion active cells per capsule at expiry date. Guaranteed minimum 14 billion active cells per capsule at manufacture date.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Potato starch, calcium gluconate, inulin, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), fructooligosaccharides (FOS), silica, ascorbic acid, skim milk, trypticase-soy broth, sucrose.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician.
Children 1 year & older: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For young children, open capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food.
Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Recommended Purpose

  • Provides living microorganisms that temporarily modify gut flora. 
  • Source of probiotics.

Caution

Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Consult a physician prior to use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting or bloody diarrhea. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g., AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Keep out of reach of children.
