Water, hydroxypropylcellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 3 tablets daily, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a physician. Collagen30 is a clinically researched collagen peptide scientifically optimized for beauty from within. Helps stimulate skin cells to produce more collagen for younger looking skin.
