Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate, dihydrate) 15 mg
Biotin 625 mcg
Wheat Extract (Triticum aestivum) (seed) Standardized to 3.5% Glucosylceramides and 40% Digalactosyl Diglyceride 7.5 mg
  (Provided by CeramosidesTM Phytoceramide Extract)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 2 tablets 2 times daily or as directed by a physician. For joint pain: Use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effects.
