Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Gelatin capsule (gelatin [bovine], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, stearic acid.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule with each meal, up to 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. For individuals that eat more than three meals daily: 1 capsule with each meal, 3-10 capsules daily or as directed by a physician. Do not take on an empty stomach. Consult a physician for use beyond 4 weeks.

  • Helps prevent symptoms of lactose intolerance (including gas, bloating, cramping, and diarrhea).
  • Helps reduce gas production following a meal rich in fermentable carbohydrates (such as vegetables, beans, pulses, legumes, and whole grains).
  • Digestive aid.
