Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Gelatin capsule (gelatin [bovine], purified water), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica, stearic acid.
Dosage
Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule with each meal, up to 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician. Do not take on an empty stomach. Consult a physician for use beyond 4 weeks.
Recommended Purpose
- Helps digest proteins, carbohydrates, and foods containing lactose (such as dairy foods like milk, cheese, ice cream).
- Helps prevent symptoms of lactose intolerance (including gas, bloating, cramping, and diarrhea).
- Helps reduce gas production and/or gastrointestinal intolerance following a meal rich in fermentable carbohydrates (such as vegetables, beans, pulses, legumes, and whole grains).
- Digestive aid.
