Medicinal Ingredients

Each scoop (approx. 5.3 g) contains:
Magnesium (bisglycinate) 220 mg
  (fully reacted, fully chelated)
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) (Lactobacillus hilgardii) 100 mg
L-Theanine 50 mg
Melatonin 5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Citric acid, natural flavour, sodium bicarbonate, L-malic acid, calcium carbonate, stevia leaf extract, Oryza sativa (rice) hull powder.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 scoop (approx. 5.3 g) once daily or as directed by a physician. Add 1 scoop (approx. 5.3 g) to 200–250 mL of water and stir until dissolved. Take as needed, 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. To enhance the fizz action, slowly add powder to hot or warm water and stir until dissolved.

Recommended Purpose

Helps increase the total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g., shift work and jet lag). Helps reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm). Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase disorder. Helps to temporarily promote relaxation. Used as a sleep aid to help promote sleep.

Caution

When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a physician before use if you are taking steroids or blood thinners, medications for seizure or blood pressure, medications to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state, or to increase sedation, or if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or kidney disease, seizure disorders, asthma, or diabetes. Consult a physician if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. When using this product, avoid driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. If sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
