Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 30 mg
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5 mcg (200 IU)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), hydroxypropylcellulose.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 2 capsules daily with a full glass of water or as directed by a physician. Use for a minimum of 6 weeks to see beneficial effects.
