Melatonin 10 mg Gummies

Cane sugar, tapioca syrup, purified water, pectin, natural flavours (cherry, pomegranate), citric acid, sodium citrate, sunflower oil, natural colour (black carrot juice).

Recommended dosage (adults): Chew 1 gummy daily, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
Jet lag: Chew 1 gummy daily at bedtime, while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern, or as directed by a physician.
All uses: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Consult a physician for use beyond 4 weeks.

All uses except jet lag: Consult your physician if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). All uses: Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness.
