Melatonin Magnesium 10 mg/150 mg Chewable Tablets

Xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, organic alkalized cocoa powder, stearic acid, organic natural chocolate flavour, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dosage (adults): Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Consult a physician for use beyond 4 weeks.
Chew 1 tablet once daily, at or before bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
;Jet lag: Chew 1 tablet once daily at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern, or as directed by a physician.

• Helps maintain the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients.

All uses except jet lag: Consult your physician if sleeplessness persists for more than four weeks (chronic insomnia). All uses: Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a physician prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine. Consult a physician prior to use if you are taking medication for seizure, for blood pressure, to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state, or to increase sedation, or if you are taking steroids or blood thinners. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Keep out of reach of children.
