Medicinal Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (citrate, fumarate, oxide, succinate, malate)	150 mg
Melatonin (non-animal source)	3 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum, titanium dioxide, polydextrose, triacetin, polyethylene glycol, glycerin), stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults only): 1 tablet daily or as directed by a physician. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Jet lag: Take once daily at bedtime while travelling and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.
Sleep restriction, delayed sleep phase disorder, sleep-wake cycle: Take once daily at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a physician.

Recommended Purpose

Helps increase total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g., shift-work and jet lag).
Helps relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag.

Caution

Sleep restriction; delayed sleep phase disorder; sleep-wake cycle: If symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your physician.
