Medicinal Ingredients

Each softgel contains:
Fish Oil Concentrate* (anchovy, sardine, mackerel and/or herring) 417 mg
 Omega-3 Fatty Acids 225 mg
   EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 150 mg
   DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 75 mg
Free Plant Sterols [Glycine max (seed), Brassica napus(whole), Zea mays (whole), Helianthus annuus (seed)] (80% combined beta-sitosterol, campesterol, andstigmasterol) 370 mg
Coenzyme Q10 (microorganism) 50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Softgel capsule (gelatin [bovine], glycerin, purified water, pectin, sorbitol), soybean oil, lecithin, yellow beeswax, tocopherols.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 2 softgels daily with food or as directed by a physician.
Reduce serum triglycerides: 5 softgels daily with food or as directed by a physician.
Migraine prophylaxis: 2 softgels 2–3 times daily with food or as directed by a physician. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
