(Standardized to contain 85% free fatty acids, esters and sterols)
(Equivalent to 1600 mg of total raw herb)
Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum) (seed)	160 mg
Pumpkin Seed Oil (Cucurbita pepo) (seed)	120 mg

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 softgel daily, with food to minimize gastric disturbance, or as directed by a physician.
