Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults):
As a source of omega-3: 1 clear enteric softgel daily or as directed by a physician.
Reduce triglycerides/triacylglycerols, promote/reduce inflammatory processes/anti-inflammatory activity, promote mood balance: 2 clear enteric softgels daily or as directed by a physician.
For reducing pain of rheumatoid arthritis: 4 clear enteric softgels daily or as directed by a physician.
