Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician.
Joint Inflammation: 1 capsule 3 times daily or as directed by a physician.

Recommended Purpose

  • Relieves joint pain in those with knee osteoarthritis and helps relieve inflammation.

The capsules are fine but

"The capsules are fine but the 12,500 mg is confusing. The ingredients listed on the container reports 500 mg which is how it is listed normally. This appears to exaggerate the contents. Sadly, I won't purchase anything from your company again because you use UPS to deliver. I received updated notices of deliver for three days so I stayed home during those days to accept the package as I live alone. At the end of those three days, UPS notified me that they weren't able to deliver, and I had to go several miles to pick it up myself. I'll never lose three summer days to wait for a package ever again. No, they didn't call or text to contact me, or use the Door Code to to enter the apartment building!!"
