Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a source of antioxidants and has a long history of use. This fermented vinegar contains the “mother” – the combination of yeast and bacteria formed during fermentation.

Chromium is a trace mineral necessary for blood glucose regulation and energy metabolism. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Powder (Malus pumila Mill.) (fruit) 500 mg
Chromium (chromium picolinate) 250 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily, with a full glass of water and a meal, or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 6 months.
