Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a source of antioxidants and has a long history of use. This fermented vinegar contains the “mother” – the combination of yeast and bacteria formed during fermentation.
Chromium is a trace mineral necessary for blood glucose regulation and energy metabolism. Added stress (physical or mental) increases the body’s need for chromium, but most chromium supplements are poorly absorbed. Chromium picolinate offers superior absorption for more effective support of blood glucose metabolism.

Dosage
Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily, with a full glass of water and a meal, or as directed by a physician. Consult a physician for use beyond 6 months.
