D-mannitol, croscarmellose sodium, natural flavours, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults): Dissolve 1 tablet daily under the tongue or as directed by a physician. For use beyond 2 weeks, consult a physician.

Recommended Purpose

  • Methylcobalamin, the active form of B12, is more easily absorbed and stays in the body longer, while other forms, such as cyanocobalamin, must be converted to methylcobalamin in a two-step process. 
  • Helps to produce red blood cells, to maintain the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients, and to prevent vitamin B12 deficiency.
