Medicinal Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Fibre4^® (partially hydrolyzed guar gum)	1 g

Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium starch glycolate, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerin), stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Dosage

Recommended dosage (adults, adolescents, and children 12 years and older):
For fibre: 3 tablets daily or as directed by a physician.
For IBS, diarrhea, constipation, glycemic index: 5 tablets daily or as directed by a physician.
Take with a full glass of water.

Caution

Due to the natural properties of the ingredients It may not fully dissolve in water, this will not affect the efficacy or safety of the product. As an alternative you can mix the powder into smoothies or moist foods. When using moist food or beverage, the mixture should be consumed immediately and not left to stand.
