This week, we’re kicking it off with a heart-healthy Very Berry Smoothie, adapted from the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This is a refreshing drink that includes the goodness of berries, and soy. Find the full recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (125 mL) cranberry juice
  • ½ cup (125 mL) fat-free soy milk
  • ½ cup (125 mL) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop soy vanilla frozen dessert

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together
